Terms & conditions
1. Entries closing date is 12.00 midnight on 27 June 2008.
2. Registration and payment can only be completed online.
3. GLL are unable to accept any race entries on the day. Due to Health & Safety reasons we need to make sure races do not go over capacity.
4. Refunds will be not be given.
5. The organisers (GLL) or any other party connected with the event will not be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred before, during or after the event, or for any property loss in any area connected with the event.
6. Race entry is free to all adult wellness prepaid members and under 16s. £5.00 entry fee is applicable to all Pay & Play members and non members.
7. Participant is responsible for undertaking any form of physical activity at their own risk, If in doubt, please seek medical advise from your GP.
8. By taking part, all participants confirm that they are happy for their names, any footage or photographs taken during their participation in the Wellness Fun Runs to be used to publicise future events for GLL and British Heart Foundation.
9. All participants must write their name and next of kin information and any health problems or medication on the reverse of the race number, which must be worn on the front of shirts during the race.
10. In case of emergency, GLL may use details provided to contact you.
11. Absolutely no pets, baby strollers, prams or roller skates/blades are allowed on the course.
12. We strongly advise that all participants and volunteers under the age of 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
